The Palmetto Princess Program The Palmetto Princess program is designed to benefit young ladies 5 to 16 years of age. This allows these young women to be involved with the Miss South Carolina Competition before they reach competition age and to see the Miss America Organization from a whole new light, as well as to serve with wonderful young role models from across our State of South Carolina... The Miss South Carolina Teen and Miss South Carolina Contestants.
